Alexander Forbes Insurance
I canceled my home insurance, not MyVehicle's

After rain damage to my house roof and ceiling and also my garage door that was vandalised, I believe that Alexandre Forbes was not the Company to have it insured with. I cancelled the policy (637829-2)
I had a vehicle policy (637829-1) with them before taking the home insurance.
Lerato Matunda and Veejayshree Rampersad took it upon themselves to cancel my vehicle.
I didn't know that my car insurance was cancelled by this company, I only come to know about it when I made a pothole damaged wheel claim.
This company refuse to honour my claims without giving reasons therefore.
I communicated with them via email and no where in my emails or my telephonic discussion with them did I mentioned my car being cancelled.
I feel that they are in bridge of contract by saying I gave them the go ahead to cancel my vehicle policy
I was treated like a second hand low class criminal by Lerato Matunda
She even wanted to know from us why the Security company not invoicing them.
I was advised to get hold of the Insurance Ombudsman but I cant get their contact details.
