On the 23rd December, (2 days to Christmas) I withdrew R1500 cash from my account. I have a R1500 daily withdrawal limit. The amount went off twice. Which is a physical impossibility due to the aforementioned limit.
I called your customer service line and explained what had happened and that I desperately needed that money as it was Christmas. I had planned the day for my family meticulously. I was told that an urgent dispute would be put forward and that they would call me back the following day. I was told it would either revert that night or within 6-7 working days. This is absolute nonsense as the error is entirely yours. I had to cancel Christmas plans because you guys took my money. There is a word for people who take other people's money without their consent. They are commonly known as. I called again today and was told that it had been looked at and that I had drawn that amount from 2 different locations. Nonsense and MY LIMIT IS R1500. What does it take for someone with half a brain to understand the problem and fix it? You guys ruined my family's Christmas and you continue to make this time of year nightmare for me.
