ATM - money off my account but no cash

While withdrawing money from the FNB ATM in GoldFields Mall, Welkom, the ATM took a long time process my request and give the cash I had tried to withdraw. After a minute or so the ATM printed a receipt saying that an error had occurred and that I should contact FNB. The amount is showing as withdrawn on my account yet the ATM did not give any cash.
At the branch I was told to complete a dispute form and that I will have to wait for someone to visit that ATM to count the money in order for them to make sure that what I'm saying is true. I was also told that this can take 5 to 7 working days.
This is not acceptable. It is Christmas. That cash was for Christmas presents but yet due to a problem that YOUR equipment had encountered, I do not have it and thus I cannot do Christmas shopping.
FNB, please come and explain that to my child and family!!!
I cannot wait 5 to 7 working days for you to refund R1800. I need this to be sorted out TODAY.
