Help make Christmas better please

Hi Rene Otto or Claims Manager,

This christmas I was unlucky enough to have them brake into both cars the same evening breaking the windows on both my cars... I had a really horrible Christmas day... I hope that Miway will see this as a single claim and only charge me one excess of R650... I know insurer's do this at their discretion, being as this was one related incident - I did lodge the claim online on your website.

I am hoping to also have a claim for the GPA they out of my car... as MiWay's CEO you have always tried to help - thus far i have hadonly minor claims for window chip repairs and a long standing customer so please make my christmas a little better by allowing this as a single excess claim for both glass repairs and the GPS to be claimable as well. a GPS is important to me as i get badly lost and I just cannot afford R1500. Please could MiWay be kind to help me with a new GPS- I am hoping you can help! :) I omly ask due to my good claims history and because I really need good news this Christmas My christsmas day with my family was totally spoilt. Please help
