UPS ruins Christmas

I am launching a campaign against UPS for ruining my daughters first Christmas away from home, a troubled time in her life and Christmas was something she was looking forward to as her brother and I had spoilt her somewhat and made the biggest mistake by relying on UPS on getting the package to her on time. The package after initial problems was guaranteed to be delivered by the 23rd December, after paying? 80 to resend the package I was relieved at the fact in would arrive on time. Well UPS still have the package and want to claim R3500 vat for customs from her for her Christmas presents.. UPS are extortionate and have ruined my faith in courier companies who pose to be the best in the business. People should be made aware of how unreliable they are and how they extort money from people to pay customs on what is clearly Christmas presents! Thank you UPS for ruining her Christmas. Hope you're really proud of your shoddy service. As a single parent I can't afford to pay for her customs and as a student neither does she and now the only option is to destroy the package that cost a fortune.
