PRICING STRATEGIES AND MARKET CONDITIONS

I have applied three times for a rate reduction on my bond. The last three responses is exactly the same we cannot honour your request due to PRICING STRATEGIES AND MARKET CONDITIONS PLEASE TRY AGAIN IN 6 MONTHS. Is FNB's logo to not how can we help you, their strategy is to keep you in bondage with ludacrous intest rates. Punnishment for your previous wrong doing and still keeping it against you. 6 years later. IMPRESSIVE. I am asking for help for the last year and a half NO luck NO help. The home loan consultants dont even know what they are talking about and is sending me from pillar to post No one can explain to me what they mean with PRICING STRATEGIES AND MARKET CONDITIONS. Or is that a standard response to say I DONT WANT TO HELP YOU! Be upfront with your reponses, help if you can. Everyone is looking for business and i will move my entire business from a bank that seems to be warm friendly and helpfull i have received the total opposite from day one.
