There was a very huge storm in Cathcart sometime in OCTOBER 2013, We were unfortunate as our garage door is facing at the direction the storm was blowing from & the door was open at the time so the roof was blown off. we collected the roof & packed it nicely in the garage. The assessor said it collapsed &I mean his suppose to be competent but it's a township house we didn't deserve the claim. people be careful of these guys especially those of us that are in the townships.
