Insurance Claim storm damage non delivey

On 28th of May I contacted FNB after serious Cape Storm part of my entrance hall ceilling had collapsed. FNB registered a claim number CL00085977, i waited was called back to say Levenbach`s roofing would call me and send a person out to damage.1 week later (after another hectic Cape winter storm) Levenbach`s came did he`s assesment at this stage i showed him the french door and where the water had been pouring in causing the wood to rot (not a new thing) but as the storms roll in the door has become totally rotten, I asked that that he addreses door as well. Nothing for a week phone FNB call centre held on forever again, said another front was on its way when can i expect the work to be done. You need to get hold of Mutual and Federal they handling your claim number now 79430422.They will be sending an assesor out to look at the damagage. Another week nothing, Richard came did inspection sent Levenbach`s again to inspect damage to door. No word nothing called again. M&F say they still waiting for the report. I complained she called me back to say they would NOT be repairing the door or the roof only ceiling. When? still waIting its been a month more storms more damage! NO RESULTS
