I'm still waiting for documents

I am so disappointed in Outsurance's service, I have been requesting for posted documents and stickers from inception of the policy, 7 months later still havent received anything. Nevermind the Post office strike which was the excuse its still been so long after several phone calls requesting them. If i am having problems getting a simple document I wonder what will happen at claims stage, please get those documents to me before I cancel the policy. Thank you
