Hi

I recently tried to apply for a discovery credit card and was declined due to a loan or credit card with FNB.

I called FNB card collections to get more information on this. I was told that there is a credit card that is outstanding and was given the above reference number (8855204401847550). I tried to call FNB Legal on numerous occasions to no avail.

Please advise what the situation is as I cannot recall receiving any statements and/or letters etc. Kindly also advise as to when this credit card was taken out (i.e. the year).

I would appreciate it if someone could get back to me as soon as possible.
