I must just say, I was blown away by the Service rendered by Mr. Elias Sono (not that I could expect any less from King Price).

Recently, a taxi driver smashed into my car and I called The King for assistance. The call centre was extremely busy, but took my details and promised to call me back. The following day, I received a call from Mr. Sono, who took me through the whole process with the utmost professionalism and at the same time ensured that I was at ease throughout the call.

He logged my claim and before I knew it, I received a call to informing me to take my car in for an assessment.

Two days later, Mr Sono called to inform me that my claim was approved and also e-mailed the necessary documents to me.

WOW!

10/10 I tell you.
