Money deducted from account twice

I have rented on the 7June 2013 from Avis and the money was reserved on my account and returned the car on the 10 June 2013 after that 3 days another money was taken out of my account, when i phone them i was told the answer was they have deductet the money without releasing the reserved money i must wait for 48 hour before it will be released guess what is the 11th day 132 hours still waiting for my deposit, what make me CROSSED is this happens for the Second time in the SaME year maybe i should have walked the first time. I have recruidet my friends to Avis but after this SAY GOOGBYE TO THEM ALSO WILL LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE
