Apart from the website not being user friendly - very difficult and complicated to work with since the 6 December I have not been able to authorise any payments - it is the same storey at the Help Desk (087 575 0000), "download a new certificate and we will escalate your request" - I have mailed snapshots of the errors, downloaded java over and over and used Firefox with nothing changing - the same error "Invalid certificate path". First the certificate had this error and then one lady helped me to correct that but when I wanted to authorise the payments it was the same error. I have been on my cell more than 4 hours and still no joy.
There is urgent payments I should have paid the 6th, 12th & the 19th December - commitments made that can not be honoured - over R20, 000 payments waiting to be authorised!!!
I believe Steve's bank is easier, faster, more efficient. and moving my accounts today to another bank!
