To Whom it May Concern,

Can I please get an indication when the monies I have paid to MTN have been allocated as I have spoken to Vuyolwethu Mabengu and a gentleman by the name of Kamu who then gave me the incorrect account number and I have had to once again send my proof of payments to the Legal Department at MTN.

This is the second time that there has been an error with my payments and my account indicates that it is in arrears when it has been paid up. This looks bad on my credit record and I would like some sort of letter from MTN to show that the account is not in arrears and that there was an error with the reference numbers please. Ms Mabengu informed me that my cell number 0718936463 had been recycled which is why the payments were not reflecting, then Mr Kamu informed me that I must make payments on the account number A3461433, when I called today I was informed that was not the correct account number, it was actually A3461443.

If you could please email me the letter so that I can have proof that my account is up to date and that there was an error with the reference numbers used when making the EFT's.
