Potential and lack of concern

I have transactions that happened in my account and later reversed and when I query costumer service desk for Premier Banking for that matter they are unwilling and seem very casual about the matter.

Two payments for upto R60000 went off and for more than a day my account was in overdraft causing me inconveniences when I couldn't pay for services and basically unable to access my legitimate funds with the reversal only going through more than 36 hours later

Now one would think that bringing such an occurrence to the bank would prompt action and answers but instead all I have gotten are responses that show a lack of interest and blame shoving elsewhere.

There is no place in banking for me for such service where the bank authorises payments that you do not know of and when you ask them they give excuses and blame some one else for making an error hence they allowed the wrong payments.
