Unauthorised Deduction on my Account

I have a savings banking account with nedbank, Last night when i checked my available balance was R125.00. and this morning when i checked the balance is R- 0.00. and the account i have its a savings not cheque account. i was in position of my bank card. I would like to have my money back ASAP cause i need it.
