Nedbank
Switch date then in overdraft

Business & Finance

I transferred money from my investment into my savings account to cover my bank fee and transactions. On the 26Th I checked and saw that the money was in and the next day saw that the deposit was changed to the 27 March 2013, this means that on two occasions I am in arrear for amount of R1.46 and R90.46. At the beginning of June will charge me R120.00 per transaction for being in overdraft. When I had saving account I could not go into overdraft and all transactions I made would reflect immediately. Since changing to cheque it takes up to a week if not longer to reflect on my account. I have also noticed that as it gets to the end of the month take longer to show your proper balance and then they hold back and then put all debits through at once and also takes and also takes up to over a week to show transactions. I check my balance daily but cannot rely on my balance. On my savings account would always show exact balance. This is not the first time this has happened but I took note. I had the gut feeling to take a photo of the balance on the 26 March but got distracted and to show that the money had been deposited a day later. As this is electronically done have no print
