Service Fee on a Savings account

I have had a savings account (and other accounts) with Nedbank for over a decade.
I recently opened a money trader to invest money and took most of the funds from my savings account and put it into the money trader. Ileft roughly R500 in the savings, and was told that I could hold onto it if I want to, or close it at a later stage
From the very next month I started getting billed R18 a month for service fees. ON A SAVINGS ACCOUNT!
I was never billed this before and I am quickly losing all the money in that savings account.
I need to know why this is happening. I don't even get charged that much on my credit card
