1 of United Interiors drivers drove into my mothers stationery vehicle it took us a week to get quotes as no one already wanted to quote when they discovered who the insurance was. So since the 12 October 2013 to date we have been making all the calls, enquiries and then for a cheek they waited to go on leave to send us a settlement and deducting the excess from her claim making her a pensioner short for the panel shop, and then still telling her to wait for next year to receive the money and if we take this to court we will pay all the court costs although confirmed by them that only if the vehicle was stationery which the witness said both verbal and in a written report will they pay 100% of the claim. She is a pensioner and the amount of stress that she has had to suffer since the incident does not even come close. It has been disgusting dealing with Hollard since I have had to do all the work including finding the witness.

Thank heavens I am not insured with them I would not even take out a funeral policy with them can you imagine how long they would take to pay out the corps will probably be rotten by the time they get to your claim.
