None Payment of Money

On the 12th of October a family friend by the name of Mokgadi Ennie Letsoalo Mphogo went to Old Mutual, the Ten sixty six branch in Johannesburg due to her policy maturing. She was then told that there was monthly withdrawals refunds that she should have been getting, but she wasn't aware of this and, Meshack told her that these would be paid/refunded to her together with the marturity value. The Marturity value was paid out to her, but the monthly withdrawal refunds that were due to be given to her were not paid. It has been two weeks and nothing has happened. Please help her with this!
