Alexander Forbes Financial Services
Pathetic service

Business & Finance

I have experienced nothing but bad service from Alexander Forbes. I submitted my divorce settlement in September 2013, I received a email confirmation that all was in order and the payment will be effected latest 7th December 2013. I followed up as per the email 2 weeks before the due date and was assured that all was in order. On the 3rd of December I followed up again only to be told there was some delay, the call centre agent had no details, after me insisting several times to speak to somebody who will be able to assist, I was transferred to Marishka, she explained the delay was actuarial figures and told me she will send me a email confirming our conversation and thereafter a email confirming the date of the expected figures. I received the conversation confirmation but no follow up email as promised. I sent 2 emails to which I never received a response. I phoned again only to be told the figures were received but they now needed my ex husbands permission as to which fund the money needs to be transferred to. I asked for a expected date as there surely must be a deadline for him to respond, I received promises of confirmation via email which, needless to say I never received.
