REQUEST for confirmation of medical contribution

My father is a pensioner and every year we have to contact Alexander Forbes to provide us with a letter confirming the medical aid contributions paid directly by debit order from my Dad's pension administered by Alexander Forbes. SARS require these confirmation letters as it has to be stipulated as medical aid contributions not paid by your employer. on 5/07/2013 I have requested this from Pensioners Queries and were advised that I need to provide a letter from my dad confirming the request. My dad does not have acces sto email and I provided the written request. They confrimed this will take 3- 4 workin days. On 10/07/2013 I received a automated response advising that the tax certificate has been mailed. I contacted AF and were advised that Wooltru has ORDERED them not to provide letters. I stated that I do not require the TAX CERTIFICATE but the contributions paid confirmation! On 11/07/2013 I contacted again and spoke to Shirley who has escalated this to her manager- and in term the manager escaleted this to Admin. I have followed up by email yesterday 15/07/2013 by email and received no response, I have ophoned this morning 16/07/2013 and spoke to Genivive -STILL NO LETTER!
