Disability Grant Stopped since July 2013

I am employed by Fedics and since July 2008 I had a medical condition that stopped me from continuing with my work duties. Ever since I have been receiving disability grand from Alexander Forbes which was stopped June 2013. I queried with Fedics and Alexander Forbes and documents were completed and send for assessment.

On the 14 August my daughter received email from Bev confirming reinstatement of the grant but on the 25th there was no payment as promised. My daughter immediately informed Bev that I have not received my grant and Bev said she investigate and get back to us. She did reply by saying the Pension Payment Division received my documents after the cut of date and the system will be reopened on the 4 September where they will reload my details and back pay me on the 25th.

To my surprise there was no money into my account on the 25th. My daughter called Bev unfortunately she is on leave until the 27th. My daughter send an email to Bev Cormack, her boss Lorna Miller and Sipho Buthelezi Fedics Regional HR Manager because they all know about this case and no one has responded to the email.
