NO FEEDBACK/CONFIRMATION

On 18 Dec I emailed through forms to Alexander Forms for a partial withdrawal from my preservation fund. I then followed up with further emails on 24 and 30 Dec but have to date not even received an automated reply back. I do not even know whether the relevant department has received my forms and if my withdrawal is being processed. This is not the first or even the second time that I have experienced such a lack of response from Alexander Forbes.
