Debit order contract bridge

Good day,

about two years ago I complained about the same thing, they would debit mmy account before the date we agreed on and before I get paid. once I complained they assisted me very quiclky and we agreed on the 25 th of every month and it has been working fine for both parties until now. they decided to debit my account on the 14th of December 2013 without my permission or prior notice and i had no money in my account because I am not paid yet and it was not the 25th. so now my bank has charged me for the bounced debit order and I excpect them to pay for that and also they are ruining my credit record while they are at it.

I sent an email and no one has responded.
