First National Bank
Totally Unbelievable and Unjustified

FNB can still not explain to me why it took them four months after receiving a cash transfer of R1 225 000, a signed OTP, and a cancelled auction, just to have the sale cancelled four months later. Yes, I can understand a day or two or maybe even a week but four months and then cancelling it, there is clearly something very wrong and unjust. I sent them all the proof relating to my dispute, all to no avail. I am now at crossroads where they are dictating to me how I must sell the property, i.e. the estate agent's commission must be capped to a certain maximum and obviously no agent will be interested in selling the property at this percentage and also the mere fact that it is a distressed sale. It is quite obvious that they want the property to be auctioned, for what reason, I do not know, and in the end I will suffer the consequences. I have done my utmost to avoid an auction, but I am really wasting my time. The bank had their day in court in April 2013 where judgement was taken, and it will be almost a year and I'm still left in the dark with no solution even although some were provided.
