Justin from outsurance contacted me for life cover. I listened to his offer, but seeing as it is MY money I asked him to please call me tomorrow so that I can speak to my partner whom I share everything with and obviously I have to check my budget. He told me WHY should I speak to my partner if we are not married and hes telling me now I must take it. I told him I really need to work it out and he should call me tomorrow. He refused and bluntly asked me to tell him NOW if I can afford it or not. That was embarrasing I am so disappointed as I have been a loyal client and never in my life have I been treated in such a way!!! The offer was brilliant but i needed time to check with my partner first and seeing as I was FORCED to make a decision right then and there I had to say no! very very disappointed!!! Then he even says to me when im ready for life cover i must contact you. Please listen to the call and you tell me if that is the way you want your clients to be treated!!!
