No response for online loan application

I applied for a short term loan at [URL Removed] at about 12:20pm on the 18/12/2013. The day is at an end and I have still not received any notification informing me that my loan has been declined or approved! According to the website it states:
"Applying for short-term credit with GetBucks is not only simple, but it is completely online and from application to disbursement under an hour*. - See more at: [URL Removed] it has been more that 4 hours and I'm still waiting for any notification.
