SMART DEVICE ORDERS MESSED UP AGAIN AND AGAIN

I placed an order for two devices, and was notified that my devices had been dispatched only to find on contacting the courier that only one device was sent. Contacted FNB who confirmed two devices approved for delivery. Escalated to courier, who blamed FNB again. I was then told that the order would be corrected within 24hours, just to find the next day that I am now on a waiting list for devices due to stock availability. This is not the process as advertised by FNB. I have been contacting FNB regularly, trying to follow up and am constantly being told that they will get back to me, when no one ever does... Empty promises and slow response seems to be okay for FNB employees and the hillarious thing is that I am a Platinum customer with an allocated Premier Banker. One would expect better service...
