Hi Applied for a smart device (Apple I-Mac Pro), I received and sms on the 30.10.2013 confirming my order and that you would be in contact with me regarding delivery of the unit. I have called my banker as well as your smart devices department on several occasions.

The only feedback I get is the systems were down and we are processing your order? ITS BEEN OVER TWO WEEKS NOW!!

Can somebody please give me proper feedback as to WHEN I can expect my Apple?
