I bank at Capitec Bank. I received an sms from Capitec Bank to say that they are upgrading there security system and that they will give me a call soon. I got a call from customer services. They said that they want to give me airtime for being such a good customer. They ask me to confirm my details. which I did. The person then asked for my pin and that I should key it in, which I did. The afternoon I got messages and phone calls from Vodacom. Which then after Vodacom switched of my number. After I phoned Vodacom to ask them why they deactivated my simcard. They said that I said the simcard was, which I never did. So Vodacom advised me to phone my bank. When I phone Capitec Bank they said all my money was gone. I opened a case at the police station. Capitec bank informed me that they did investigate their people. I still haven't received my money bank. So its from Capitec side. Some one in the bank or at Vodacom took my money. There was a account number, why couldn't Capitec Bank just reverse my money back.
