Capitec wants to take control of my account

I went to capitec to get a debit reversed cose the company that took my money wasn't suppose to due to a open complaint that isn't resolved.however the assistant manger told me that she couldn't do that and I need to get a letter from that company to get it reversed cose she can take my I.d no and put it on the NCA and if they show I owe the money I have no choice to pay. I pay capitec to keep my money and protect me from scavengerz but I guess I was wrong.and capitec can use my personal info without my permission.when I syd she cannot use my I.d.no. She said she can. Ithen said I want to my account she said I can't cose then I cannot get the debi reversed.she was rude and with no empathy at all.capitec can't tell me who to pay and who not to pay. I introduced a lot of my family to capitec bank and I will get theo move their money back to FNB.even though there chArges are high they listen to their clients not the other way around.people that are reading this move away from capitec to a bank that letz you control your own money.not like it was spare money at money is my rent money and I want my money back.is capitec goin to pay my rent and keep a roof over my kidz head and mine.
