Money that disappeared in their records

I loaned money from another bank was deposited into my savings account that I have with Capitec Bank. The money was received and I even withdrew some of the money. When I went to draw part of the money I needed for my kids school fees 10 days later to my surprise I had a zero balance. I went inside the bank and was told that I withdrew all my money on that same day. angry and confused I went home as I was told that they are going to investigate. Its been six months now and still waiting. When I call them or make follow up I'm again told
That it's under investigation. Then I was given details of someone that I never met or know. I'm in Pampierstad Northern Cape and they tell me that I withdrew the rest of my money in Sebokeng Gauteng the same day!
It really breaks my heart as I'm paying for something I never had access to. I'm still waiting, would like one of the investigaters to contact me as I cannot get hold of any of the investigators.
I have all the documents that will be required.
Your soonest respond will be highly appreciated as I cannot sleep, this is depressing.
