Zero response despite numerous attempts

Hi

i received forex and the callcentre contacted me on Monday via email.
since then i have been unable to get hold of them via email or phone, despite many attempts.

I need to make an informed desicion and their lack of service prohibits me from doing that.
other parties overseas are awaiting this transaction to proceed
