SAVVY ACCOUNT FALSE AD

I have a SAVVY account. I deposited one day too late to cover a debit order this month.
One magtape was returned DESPITE your ad campaign advising that I would be sent an advice/sms regarding shortage of funds BEFORE it was returned and costs were incurred.
Its probably too late to re submit, but please reverse the charge of R90
