AVG does not honour their offe

AVG Sa made on offer to me to renew my license agreement with them avg internet security for a 3yr 1 PC license, I have tried to accept their offer without any response from them. I have contacted the given email add [Email Removed] and have contacted their sales [Email Removed] and have gone one step further and contacted their overseas sales dept without any joy [Email Removed] the overseas group have told me to contact the south African group, even after I had informed them that the South African group have failed to respond to several of my emails, all they did was pass the buck. I am not happy about this. An offer was made, I have accepted, but they will not allow me to renew my license. The offer was made by Product Manager Timothy Ollewagen OASIS - Distributors for AVG in Southern Africa. My concern is that my license expires in several days time, and I need to make a payment (based on their offer)
