I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I have a loan with fnb and was unemployed for 5 months and had arrears on both my loans and as soon as i got a new job i arranged for a certain amount to be deducted to try and pay my arrears and that's the amount i could afford, They i called in in December to check and make sure that a certain amount would be deducted and they confirmed the amount, Come debit order date they deduct an amount 3 times what we agreed to on a recorded line and i want to listen to that call and want that money back as it was going towards my child's school fees.

Early December the same thing happened and they refunded me half the amount they took and was assured that this will never happen again, i need this money to be refunded as i need the money.
