Not awesome but OUTSTANDING & EXCEPTIONAL service

I bought a new car & will fetch it on saturday morning so I contacted OUTsurance today to get a quote for car insurance & a very kind gentleman, Samy Mabunda called me to give me a quote. I also got quotes from Dail Direct, Budget Insurance, Miway and 1st for Women & they all spoke so fast that I couldnt hear half the things they said. And their premiums are disgustingly high! I don't want to buy shares in their company!

But once I spoke to Samy, he was so kind, he has a sence of humor, we had a normal conversation & I understood everything he told me. He knows his product so well & I can hear that he is not reading off a piece of paper. In one phone call he gave me a quote on car insurance, changed my physical address & also requoted me on my household insurance which I've had since about 2001. All other insurance companies can definitely learn from OUTsurance as they KNOW their products. I've been a loyal OUTsurance client for many many years & their service has been exceptional everytime I spoke to them.

I think Samy should get a service excellence award as he did not deliver awesome service but it was outstanding & exceptional!!! I felt like the ONLY client!
