I had division call me on Monday saying they would email me an affidavit in a few minutes that I needed to complete regarding unauthorized transactions that went off my account. I never received the email and yesterday (Tuesday) I spent nearly an hour on the phone on hold to inquire as to why I never received the mail. The person who answered confirmed my email address and said they would send through the mail. Again I never received the email. Today I called again to inquire. I spent nearly two hours on hold before my airtime ran out.

It is distressing to have your money out of your account and I'm quite anxious to sort this whole ordeal out and having to loose more money on phone calls to Standard Bank just makes it worse. Please get back to me Standard Bank
