FNB Eastgate. Atrocious Service

We were at FNB Eastgate today.
We spent 20 minutes in the teller queue with only 2 tellers working.
I went to find the manager, who was off today, but an assistant manager said he would sort the problem out.
We saw him walking into the teller section, and about 8 minutes later, lo and behold a third teller miraculously appeared.
What a relief, we were actually able to get out of there about 15 minutes later.
About 40 minutes spent in a queue waiting for service, congratulations FNB your service levels now equate with those of the Post Office.
Honestly FNB, if you are at all interested in your clients perhaps you should spend less on your advertising and hire more staff to improve your disgusting service levels.
