Double billing by Capitec and lack of feedback

On 12 December 2013 i received an SMS from my bank (Standard Bank) that Capitec had debited my account.
My next debit is actually due on 29 December 2013. I phoned Capitec on 13 December at approximately 7am and spoke to a consultant named Dimakatso requesting them to reverse the amount. She committed to give me a call later in the day as she needed to escalate the matter further. No call was received from Capitec on this matter. I phoned Capitec Complaints Dept again in the afternoon and i spoke to a gentleman named Kgaugelo.
He explained that they have checked with employer and that i would be getting paid on that day.
I requested him to double check these "facts" because he sounded uncertain and call me back to confirm. I did not receive a call back from Kgaugelo. I need Capitec to reverse the money back into my and stick to the contractually agreed payment schedule. More importantly its very disappointing for Capitec staff to make commitments to call back and not do so accordingly.

This is impacting my financial plans for the month and very much NOT in agreement with the signed agreement as i am not paid yet
Please reverse the amount debited ASAP!
