Capitec cannot reverse a faulty Debit Order???

This morning I woke up with a Capitec Cell notification that an unwanted and unknown debit order went off my account twice. I approached Capitec Bank and they told me straight away that they cannot reverse such a transaction. Head office then send me the company that took off the money and now I have to sort it out myself??? It is not even my fault nor any debit order I have signed or asked for that was taken off and now I have to sort it out myself!! I have lost R 399-00 X 2 and no one can help me at all at the Capitec branches.
I closed my account immediately because I cannot trust such a bank with my money...
