I have had an issue outstanding since Friday 13 December. After being given the run around by managers for a further 3 hours on Tuesday 17th, I was made promises of feedback and assured that everything was under control. I was not contacted as promised. When I follow up with the call centre expecting their hours to be until 5 PM, I get told the managers only work till 4:30.

A simple query takes days to resolve. I am utterly disgusted by this service, and honestly need to find an alternative to short term investments with Old Mutual.
