Khuliso has the heart and patience to explain to the customer clearly what the problem is and suggest solution. for example I was expecting my cover details from the insurer (MiWay) so that I could fetch the car from the dealer. My email address categorized the all communication from MiWay as Spam and therefore sent it to the junk emails section.

It was a long struggle, I of course suspecting that MiWay is not sending my documents and Khuliso was so patient and explained it to me what I needed to do. she vowed not to put the phone down until my problem is solved. i was also adamant that I am checking the Junk mail section because I was using MS Outlook and nothing was delivered to my Junk mail section.

Khuliso advised me to look from the web services mail (internet) and check at the junk mail section there, and to my surprise, all the MiWay mail were packed there. I thought I knew computers but she showed me a thing if not two.
