Fail to deliver UCount card, wrongful cancellation

I applied for a UCount card in mid-June, my account was approved and I began swiping my bank card at all caltex forecourts. I consequently accrued a few hundred Rand of rewards points, in order to spend those rewards points I need a UCount card, however, I applied in June for a card and after a month I had yet to receive a card. I contacted a very apologetic service center who confirmed that it would be sent through again in the next couple of weeks. Nearly 2 months passed and no card... I then went through the same process again with a very apologetic service center to no avail. I contacted UCount rewards again today and now they tell me my account has been deregistered due to non payment of my membership fee. So I check my bank statements to find not only was I paying a membership fee, but I was being double debited for the same fee in the months of November and December. Yet they tell me the money has not gone through. I have thus paid a grand total of R160 in membership fees, accrued about R570 in rewards points, yet they cancelled all rewards points in the deregistration process and set me R160 into the red. I am somewhat displeased indeed.
