NO FEEDBACK AND BAD SERVICE

Very bad service I am getting with African bank received a sms that I can get a quick loan from the bank by calling in. I then called I was told I qualify for a loan I just need to go to one of the branches with my documentation. I then went to the closed branch to me in Midrand on a Saturday 01/08/02013 I got there it was 11:30 I looked at the door for the working hours board it clearly shows that working hours between 09:00 till 13:00 I then went to the bank to get my bank statement as it is required for a loan once I was done there I went to African bank to go and apply for the loan I got at 12:05 the doors was still open I then went into their offices to apply for the loan. There was three ladies there which one told me that they are closed I asked to speak to the manager she advised me she was the manager her name is Zandile, left. I then went to another branch in Fourways on the 02/09/2013 thinking I will have better service I got there I spoke to Neo he assisted me friendly service he then advised it takes up to 48hrs for payment to be into my account after 48
