Delayed payment

My fiancee was in a motor vehicle accident on the 10/11/2013 and the following week i was informed that the claim was aurthorised but till today my car has not been paid. I have been calling and emailing for the past three weeks and everytime i was told that they will follow up but the next day i would be refered to someone else who will promise the same thing again. Today i decided to call someone different and new not all those different people who were assigned to my claim and i found a guy by the name of Thapelo and he promised that he will deal with it today but my problem is that i have lost hope and trust since all the other different guys and a lady have promised me the same thing and have failed.
