No feedback for almost 2 weeks

I am very disppointed in the service provided by Miway for the claim 506136.Its almost 2 weeks being in contact with them and they are not doing anything to my satisfactory to assist me. I never have this kind of experience since i joined them. I have been calling since and am always told that the message has been sent to claim department and they will call me back. Within these weeks they havent called, i tried calling the person whom i initially logged a call with (Hlamanani Mathebula), the phone is forever ringing without answer, i sent an e mail to her and [Email Removed] submitting settlement letter and requesting her to call me for clarity seeking questions on wayforward, she acknowledged receipt of the settlement letter and never bothereed to call me.
I tried caling her this morning again and no answer as usual, called the call centre and was again told they will call me back and i refused requesting to talk to manager, its almost 30 minutes still holding for manager being assisted by the person at message centre Ayanda Ngobesha, after that am told the system is not working and the person responsible for my claim can't answer my call. Can someone at Miway please come to my rescue
