This morning I logged onto my internet banking and surprisded to see a message stating that a personal loan has been added (85212414102) for the amount of R38764.50. i tried to call to find out what is happening and what it was for cutomers service told me to call personal loans, i then spoke to a Melissa in personal loans and she told me that they were off line and cannot assist me, i need to call back at 10am, this made me more upset as i was calling from my cell and she tells me to call, what kind of customer service is that, she then said she will get her manager or someone to call me back. im still waiting for that call, i call in again and they guy said i need to speak to helpdesk, when i got through to help desk the lady said she cannot assist as i need to call online, by this time i was more than mad, i asked her why should i now speak to online, i have been tranfered from one person to another and need someone to assist, and she put the phone down without even giving me a number for online, this is extremely bad service, fnb always advertises they the best bank to move to but to receive service like this will make anyone go to another bank, i need someone to please assist.
