On the 6th of December is elected to send a voucher to my sister-in-law using my Greenbacks balance. Being close to Christmas, and money being tight for her, it was an ideal time.

It is now the 16th of December and I have not had a single response, and Christmas is getting close.

I did include my phone number (clearly indicated with the UK 44, to avoid any confusion) in the order, as well as her SA phone number for the SMS voucher to be sent to. I have had zero feedback on the delay.

On Friday 13th i contacted [Email Removed] for assistance, no reply.
On Friday afternoon i followed up on the email; agian no reply.

Tollfree numbers don't work from UK, so I tried the normal call centre, bu there is no option for Greenbacks.

It appears as if Nedbank is simply avoiding the redemption request. It is not difficult to respond to the mail, or drop me a call to update me on the progress if there is an issue with the Greenback redemption system.

Come on Nedbank; let's see if you can fix this before Christmas and change the complaint to a compliment.
